About This Project

A multi-tenant clinic workflow management platform built to streamline patient onboarding, referral handling, assessments, and evaluation lifecycle management. The system supports hierarchical role-based access across admin, organization, clinical navigator, provider, and patient/parent users, along with invitation-based onboarding and separate admin vs clinic operational portals. Core modules include configurable intake form management with versioning, questionnaire assignment and automation, age-based workflow filtering, referral upload with AI-assisted extraction, offline score sheet upload, and LLM-based evaluation draft generation with therapist review and finalization. The architecture is designed for auditability, safe deactivation instead of hard deletion, and HIPAA compliance with healthcare privacy requirements for AI integrations.
